Artspan and Paypal have created a Shopping Cart that provides you with a seamless and secure shopping experience. Personal checks are also accepted. Please contact me when choosing the personal check payment option. Items will be shipped after checks clear the bank.
Commissions
Commissions are accepted. Please contact me through the "Contact" button to begin discussion of your commissioned piece, design options, production time and payment structure. I will work closely with you to realize your vision.
Shipping
I ship within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance within 1-3 days after placing your order. Orders shipped to Texas addresses receive free shipping. I will provide ship dates and tracking numbers for your order. Please allow 7-10 days for receipt of your order.
Each item will be packaged in an anti-tarnish bag and gift box. Care instructions accompany each shipment. Gift items can be shipped, gift-wrapped with a card, at no additional cost.
If the order arrives damaged in shipping please contact the shipper immediately and notify me using the "Contact" button. Save all packaging for insurance claims.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return your order within 7 days of receipt for a refund. A refund minus shipping and transaction costs will be issued. All sales are final after 7 days.
To begin the return process, please contact me for a return authorization number. Merchandise returned without prior approval will be returned to sender.
The item should be returned in original, unworn condition in the original packaging. Customers should include delivery confirmation and insure the returned item for full value. This ensures that you'll be reimbursed if the item is lost or damaged when shipped.
